Every box is assembled with intention, not rushed off a conveyor belt. We believe what you receive should feel like a gift — because it is one, from us to you.

Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our hands and is picked up by our trusted logistics partners, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad often receive orders even faster. We ship via reliable courier services to ensure your package arrives safe, sound, and looking gorgeous.

You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your fit every step of the way. Orders within Delhi NCR are typically delivered within just 1–2 working days.

Shipping Costs

Damaged Items

If your box arrives looking less than 100% due to shipping mishaps — torn packaging, broken accessories, stained fabric, or anything that doesn't meet our quality promise — here's what to do:

  • Film an unboxing video the moment you receive your package. This serves as proof and honestly, unboxing content is always aesthetic.
  • Email us the video at support@brand7teen.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will review the claim and replace the damaged pieces ASAP — no questions asked, no hassle involved.
  • We take full responsibility for anything damaged in transit. That's on us, not you.

Returns Policy

Due to the curated and personalised nature of our hampers and boxes, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." Every item in your box was hand-selected to go together — it's fashion with a purpose.
