Returns
At Brand7teen, we maintain a No-Return Policy. We do, however, offer Exchanges under specific circumstances to ensure you receive a product of the highest quality.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are exclusively accepted for Manufacturing Defects. If you receive a product with a defect, please note the following requirements:
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Verification: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request for a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Log in to your profile and navigate to “My Orders.”
- Select the specific product and click “Initiate Exchange.”
- Provide the reason for the exchange and attach your unboxing video.
- Once our team inspects your request, you will receive an update via your registered account or email.
Important Notes
- Condition Check: Any product returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Timeline: The exchange process typically takes 5–7 business days once we receive the original item from you.
- Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
