Returns

At Brand7teen, we maintain a No-Return Policy. We do, however, offer Exchanges under specific circumstances to ensure you receive a product of the highest quality.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are exclusively accepted for Manufacturing Defects. If you receive a product with a defect, please note the following requirements:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Verification: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request for a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Log in to your profile and navigate to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the specific product and click “Initiate Exchange.”
  3. Provide the reason for the exchange and attach your unboxing video.
  4. Once our team inspects your request, you will receive an update via your registered account or email.

Important Notes

  • Condition Check: Any product returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Timeline: The exchange process typically takes 5–7 business days once we receive the original item from you.
  • Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
